아이디어가 있으면 자기처럼 아웃소싱을 통해서 서비스를 만들면 된다고 말을 하길래,
예전에 글을 본 글을 다시 뒤져보니, 도메인 구입 비용이 제일 많이 투자한 셈이고,
업자들 말로 하자면 싸게 먹힌셈이다. ^ ^

He got a deal on server space over the Web for $99 a month. Only one big expense was left: the domain name. He tried Dig.com. *!@#! It was owned by Disney. He offered the owners of digdig.com $500. They wouldn't sell. Ouch. Finally he settled on Digg.com and forked out $1,200 to its owners. The site launched on Dec. 5, 2004.

케빈로스도 elance 통해서 처음 mock-up 작업을 만들었다고 한다.

기타 UI 부분은 비용측면에서 조금 많이 들어갈것 같고,

초기 mock-up만 한단고 했을 때, 디자인,개발,코딩 정도는 아웃소싱을 하는데 어려움은 없는것 같다.
일하는 문화가 다르기도 하거니와, 워낙에 사람도 많으니..
아웃소싱이 만능해결사는 아니겠고, 그 안에도 산과 같은 문제들이 있을것이고, 이 때 수퍼맨과 같은
리더쉽(?)이나 슈퍼 PM이 필요할지도 모르겠다.

코딩은 장수별로 요금을 책정하던데, 원하는 요구사항을 아주 세분해서 요청할 수가 있다.
물론 요구사항이 늘어날 때 마다 요금은 증가한다.

요금 책정하는데는 돈을 안내니까, 심심하면 모든 요구사항을 다 체크~^^
각 항목들이 서비스를 준비하는 입장에서도 필요한 내용이라 자세히 살펴볼 필요도있다.

어떻게 보면 기획자가 유니크하기는 하지만, 먹고 살기는 힘들다. ^ ^
