에너지팜에 주문이 폭주하고 있습니다.
그런데 인력이 없네요. 그래서 70%정도의 주문을 거절하고 있습니다.
이거이거 회사 문닫게 생겼습니다. ^^ 이미지 추락~
직원 고용하려해도 만만치가 않습니다.
이 시골(경남 산청)까지 와서 일하겠다는 젊은이가 없네요.
급여는 저와 동일한 100만원에서 출발.
향후 150만원까지 상향될 예정.

Q1 : 지원자격은?
A : 열정. 성실. 용접 가능.  (학력, 나이, 성별 불문.)
Q2 : 복리후생은?
A : 그런거 없음 - 월 100만원 급여부터 시작, 가끔 야간 작업, 발전기 설치 출장가면 회 or 돼지갈비 회식, 대표가 네팔가고 난 후 회사의 대표 0순위.
Q3 : 특별한 혜택이 있나요?
A : 맑은 공기, 유기농 식단, 김대규와 친해질 수 있슴, 넓은 주차장(대신 논과 밭에 주차하면 이장님께 무지하게 혼남).
