Persona template를 만들면서 찾아본 자료인데, 많은 도움을 받은것 같습니다.
Persona Format 자체에 장단이 설명 되어 있습니다.
Persona template에 필요한 요소들도 공통적으로 확인할 수 있습니다.

소설가 처럼 인물들을 구상하고, 만들어가는 것이 재미있는 작업 중에 하나이지만,
인물을 만들어가는 과정에 정확한 사전 조사를 기초로 하여야 하고,
비지니스 목표와 사용자의 목표를 구분하지 못하는 것을 경계해야 한다고 합니다.

사이트 개편이나 구축후에 초기에 만들었던 Persona 형태의 유저들이 생겨난다면,
숫자로 확인할 수 없는 프로젝트의 결실을 확인할 수 있는 하나의 방법이 되는것 같습니다.

사용자 조사를 배경으로 한 Persona의 예
Personas are user models that are presented as specific individual humans.
They are not actual people, but are synthesized directly from observations of real people.
Inaccurate personas (personas written without proper demographic research) can lead to a false image of the end user. Do not confuse business goals with user goals when writing a persona.
